Des specializes in deep tissue massage and manual stretching, blending medium to firm pressure with targeted deep work, all while keeping the session relaxing and tailored to your needs.
Monica
Monica uses deep tissue and trigger point techniques to relieve shoulder, neck, and arm pain from desk work or heavy lifting, typically applying medium-firm pressure based on each client’s needs.
